Gunite gun for refractory MG 302R
MG 302R gunite designed for spraying refractory concrete.
The function of this gunite is the spraying of refractory concrete mixtures.
Output of 4.5 m3/h. (it can vary depending on the drum used).
Applications:
Metallurgical furnaces, chimneys, maintenance of concrete structures, etc.
- PERFORMANCE: Drum speed adjustable by frequency variator from 3 to 14 r.p.m.
- Round hole drum: 2.5L from 0.42 m³/h to 2.1 m³/h
- Round hole drum: 4.67L from 0.78 m³/h to 3.9 m³/h
- Trapezoidal hole drum: 5.3L from 0.9 m³/h to 4.5 m³/h
Possibility of manufacturing drums with different round holes according to need.
- TRANSPORT HOSE: ∅ 40×60 o ∅50×70 depending on the working drum
- Projection nozzle: ∅40, ∅50y ∅ 40 special refractory
- AIR CONSUMPTION: 5 a 6m³/m with round hole drum 2.5L, 8 a 9 m³/m with round hole drum 4.6L, 9 a 10 m³/m
